Open arms child development centre (OACDC) is the part of neurological health services (NHS). Open arms child development centre is a private registered organization working for development of children.

It provides treatment for children whose development is delayed. It works on holistic approach to provide multidimensional development in children by giving therapy based services to children with special needs. It has a multidisciplinary team of various highly qualified and experienced professionals of pediatric physiotherapist, pediatric occupational therapist, special educators, psychological counselors and speech therapist.
